Currently in the design phase, this building is intended to be both commercial and multi-residential. Rossmann Architecture Inc. will occupy the first three floors, while the fourth to tenth floors will be used for multi-residential units ranging from 450 to 1100 square feet. In addition, the building will also include a Café located on the ground floor open to all. This project is expected to be completed by 2025.
