Johanne’s Court

This high-end retirement community is a pilot project that will be repeated across Eastern Ontario. Balancing budget, performance and energy efficiency, this project was designed with a hybrid approach and used concrete slabs, an engineered wood envelope and steel interior partitions.

Johanne’s Court was designed to be a high-end retirement community and is a pilot project to be repeated across Eastern Ontario. With a focus on balancing budget, performance and energy efficiency, this project was designed with a hybrid approach using concrete slabs, an engineered wood envelope and steel interior partitions. This three-building complex consists of 155 units and was completed in September of 2020.
