Adjacent to Robertson Road, this stunning development is the first step in adding to the Bell’s Corners community. The building is approximately 45,000 square feet and will feature 46 residential units.

Sensitive to nearby single-family homes, this project was designed to provide a soft transition to higher density while being respectful of the existing neighbourhood. The approach was to bring a modern touch to the area while proposing design elements that maintain a more human scale. Material and colour choices were carefully selected to blend with the residential homes in the vicinity.
